2. No Voluntary Refunds
Paid Harken subscriptions, purchases, upgrades, and renewals are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Harken does not provide voluntary refunds, prorated refunds, credits, or extensions for unused time, changed plans, forgotten cancellations, product preference, or discontinued use.
3. Required Exceptions
A refund may be issued only when required by applicable law, a mandatory consumer right, a payment processor or merchant of record policy, or a confirmed billing or product issue that Fortide Network and Data Solution chooses to resolve by refund.
4. Cancellations
You may cancel a subscription to stop future renewal charges. Cancellation does not refund the current billing period. Unless checkout or your account states otherwise, access continues until the end of the paid period.
5. Paddle And Payment Review
When a purchase is processed by Paddle, Paddle may review refund requests, chargebacks, taxes, and payment disputes according to its buyer and merchant-of-record policies. If Paddle or another payment processor requires a refund, Harken will honor that result. Paddle buyer payment support is available at paddle.net.
6. Fraud, Abuse, And Policy Violations
Refunds may be denied when a purchase or account is connected to abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse, account sharing, terms violations, or attempts to bypass plan limits.
7. How To Ask
For payment issues, contact the payment provider shown on your receipt, use paddle.net when Paddle is the payment provider, and email business.vincentluardo@gmail.com with your account email, order identifier, and a short description of the issue.
