2. Data We Collect
Depending on what you use, Harken may collect:
- Account data such as name, email, username, authentication state, and sign-in provider details.
- Billing and entitlement data such as plan, subscription status, customer identifiers, checkout events, and payment-provider references.
- Audio, transcript, text, image, screenshot, meeting, and file-upload data you submit for Harken features.
- Lexicon, learned corrections, profile settings, usage limits, cloud meeting records, and capture history when you use those features.
- Diagnostics such as request timing, feature state, redacted logs, error details, device/app version, and abuse-prevention signals.
- Support communications you send to Fortide Network and Data Solution.
3. How Data Is Used
Harken uses data to provide transcription, cleanup, meeting notes, visual understanding, account access, subscription enforcement, support, diagnostics, abuse prevention, product reliability, and legal or payment compliance.
4. Processors And Service Providers
Harken may use infrastructure providers, authentication providers, AI processing providers, email tools, analytics or diagnostic tools, and payment providers such as Paddle. These providers process data only as needed to deliver or support Harken.
5. AI Processing
Voice, transcript, image, meeting, and related context may be sent to AI providers to generate the output you request. Harken should not be used for content you are not authorized to process.
6. Payments
Payment data is handled by the payment provider shown at checkout. Harken stores only the billing and access information needed to recognize your plan and manage access.
7. Retention
Harken keeps data for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain account and billing records, preserve security, support user-requested features, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes. Account pages may provide deletion controls for app profile data. You can also contact support for privacy requests.
8. Security
Harken uses practical safeguards for account-scoped access, plan checks, server-side controls, and operational diagnostics. No internet service can guarantee perfect security.
9. Sharing
Harken does not sell your personal data. Data may be shared with service providers, payment processors, legal authorities when required, or another party if needed to protect Harken, users, Fortide Network and Data Solution, or the public.
10. Your Choices
You may stop using Harken, cancel paid plans, delete available app profile data, or contact support to request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy assistance. Some records may need to be retained for security, billing, tax, legal, or dispute reasons.
11. Children
Harken is not intended for children under 13 or for users who cannot legally agree to these policies in their location.
12. Updates
This Privacy Policy may be updated as Harken changes. The effective date above shows the current version.
